At The Persnickety Co, we take pride in the meticulous quality of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and boxing to ensure they remain damage-free during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
